2026 Dublin Irish Festival Unveils New Experiences, Expanded Offerings for 90,000+ Expected Guests

More than 90,000 people are expected to pass through Coffman Park for the Dublin Irish Festival from July 31 through Aug. 2, turning one of Dublin's biggest weekends into a three-day draw for concerts, Irish dance, shopping, food and cultural programming. For families and visitors planning their trip, ticket details matter: A third-party listing incorrectly suggests admission is free for everyone, while most guests will need paid admission. The exception is a limited Sunday morning entry window, when donations can support the Dublin Food Pantry.

Showsthisweekend.com lists admission as free with donations encouraged, but that does not match the festival's ticketing rules. One-day general-admission tickets cost $25 online from July 19 through Aug. 2 and $30 at the gate. Children 11 and under enter free. Visitors who arrive expecting universal free entry will need to pay unless they qualify for Sunday morning admission.

Three-day passes cost $50 online through July 31 and will not be sold at festival gates. Family packs — two one-day tickets plus two Pot O' Gold Playland wristbands — cost $70 online from July 19 through Aug. 2. Groups of 30 or more can buy tickets online for $17 a person.

Seniors 60 and older, students and military members with identification can receive $20 admission at the gate. From July 19 through July 30, Dublin residents, military members, seniors 60 and older, and students with identification can purchase $20 one-day tickets at the Dublin Community Recreation Center.

Tickets are available through dublinirishfestival.org/tickets, at the Dublin Community Recreation Center on select dates and at festival gates. Festival gates will accept credit cards, debit cards and mobile payments only — no cash.

The festival's real free-entry opportunity comes Sunday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Guests who bring a nonperishable food item or a cash donation for the Dublin Food Pantry can enter without buying a ticket. They must be in line at an admission gate before 11 a.m.; anyone arriving at or after 11 a.m. will need to purchase admission. Some festival experiences will be limited during the free-entry period.

Festival hours are 4 p.m. to midnight Friday, July 31; 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1; and 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 2.
